Book Review: “Inferno” by Dan Brown

Wow. Having just spent 8 consecutive hours reading this, as I close it, I can safely say that this has left thousands of thoughts in my mind. As a lover of the drmamatic fiction genre, I anticipated reading this ever since from when I first heard Dan Brown was writing again. Far from wondering if this could possibly live up to the calibre of his previous novels, “Inferno” has exceeded them. Featuring the well-loved character Robert Langdon, and his new companion Dr. Sienna Brooks, it features action-packed chases and is based upon real secret societes and historical landmarks. The level of researched based detail Dan Brown has carried out to authenticate his work is extraordinary; as a result, every word you read will ring true. There are many plot twists, and assumptions you make at different points throughout the novel will most likely be challenged by further chapters. “Inferno” is a definate must-read for all Dan Brown lovers, and even for people of all ages who just want a good book to become hooked upon.
